The ranking of applications is carried out as follows:

Meeting with the future resident

I did not receive a confirmation email

The confirmation email is sent as soon as the registration is validated. Check your spam if it isn't there. You can also contact us to confirm your registration.

Will I have the accommodation requested ?

Accommodation is allocated according to individual wishes and accommodation availability. If we do not have accommodation of the type you requested, we will offer you accommodation in the desired residence, or in another residence depending on the accommodation vacated.
